Dwarf Castle (Cagle Castle)

What is this little castle doing here in Alpharetta, Georgia?
The Dwarf castle is a true castle with little dwarfs (or gnomes) perched atop the columns on the fence surrounding the property. This castle sits in a busy suburb of Atlanta surrounded by 21st century homes.
Note: this is a private residence.
According to many websites, this castle is owned by Rudy and Ruth. As legend has it, Rudy promised to build a castle for his princess wife and that is just what he did. The castle is made of stone quarried locally. It is set low in the ground which gives it the appearance of being small. It has all the things you can expect from a castle, a drawbridge, a wall, moat, turrets, and of course a moat which doubles as an in ground pool. And to top it off, little gnomes sit on the fence columns guarding the perimeter. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be any photos of the interior, but I can imagine the inside is incredible.
